I joined Source in 2012 and my role has evolved somewhat over the years, from Receptionist to Operations Associate, Credit Control, and most recently Office Manager.
As a key part of the Operations team, I now make sure the business runs as smooth as possible day to day. I take care of various things including credit control, candidate timesheets, terms of business, payroll and compliance, There is plenty of variation in my role so there’s never a dull day, which is what I love most about it, as well as the people I work with.
